Southern Drywall Ltd has been contracted by Ameriscot Commercial to provide its expertise in the renovation of Bournemouth House. The building, which was previously used as a nursing college by Bournemouth University, has been acquired by Ameriscot Commercial with the aim of converting it into residential flats and office and retail units. 

We will be responsible for providing all drywall and related services required for the conversion of the building including complete plastering and drylining M/F suspended ceilings, metal stud partitions, dryline and plaster skim.
